Who can take part

  • You are an adult (over 18) with a lung cancer diagnosis confirmed by biopsy/cell testing, or a known cancer that is growing back locally.
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2), and you’re expected to live at least 6 months.
  • Your tumors fit specific “central” size and location limits on CT scan (one tumor up to 5 cm, or multiple nearby tumors totaling up to 5 cm).
  • You either cannot have surgery for medical reasons or you chose not to have surgery.
  • Before starting, all cancer spots must be treated with a cutting-edge local treatment plan (for example, radiation or surgery), especially if only a few spots are growing.
  • You must have no pregnancy, and you (if able to have children) must use reliable birth control; you also must be willing to sign consent and come for follow-up visits.
