  • You are a Veteran from OEF, OIF, or OND
  • You are age 21 to 55
  • You had one or more mild TBIs during service at least 12 months ago
  • Blood tests show adult growth hormone deficiency based on specific stimulation tests and IGF-I levels
  • Your quality-of-life score and mental health stability meet study cutoffs, and your psych meds have been stable for 4 weeks
  • Your body size and brain/pituitary scans fit the study limits, and you can attend all study visits
