Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old (or have a legal substitute who can consent for you).
- Have non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that includes high-dose melphalan plus your own stem cell transplant.
- Plan to use the study equipment and be available and willing to follow study instructions for the whole study period.
- Have a good enough overall function level (ECOG 0 to 2).
- No major nose blockage (like nasal polyps, a badly deviated septum, or nasal packing that would block airflow or be too uncomfortable).
- No current flu-like illness, and you should not use a nighttime CPAP machine for obstructive sleep apnea.
