Who can take part

  • You have localized intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer (not spread beyond the pelvis).
  • Your plan includes SBRT to the prostate and hormone therapy (ADT).
  • You can provide prostate-tissue samples collected within 1 year before starting treatment (or you may need a biopsy).
  • You’re at least 18 and can do the study visits (general health score must be < 2).
  • Your blood tests and organ function meet safety limits (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood-clotting tests).
  • You must be able to have prostate biopsy/mri and understand/sign consent.
