  • A doctor has diagnosed you with POTS
  • You can travel to the research lab in Calgary, Vancouver, or Hamilton for visits
  • You are not pregnant and will not try to become pregnant during the study
  • You can keep taking your current other medications at the same doses during the study
  • You are not taking low-dose naltrexone already
  • You do not use opioid medicines and will have a negative urine opioid test
