Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older and have a confirmed recurrent or progressive glioblastoma (WHO grade IV).
  • You can have an MRI with contrast and your scans can be scheduled around prior surgery and radiation timing.
  • Your general strength is reasonably good (KPS 60% or higher) and your estimated life expectancy is more than 12 weeks.
  • You’ve already had standard treatment for glioblastoma: surgery, radiation, and temozolomide (TMZ).
  • Your blood counts and key organ tests (like kidneys, liver, and CD4 level) meet required minimums.
  • You can take study treatment only if prior treatment side effects have mostly improved (to Grade 1 or less, with a few allowed exceptions).
