Test drug HS-10382 for chronic myeloid leukemia after prior treatment

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 74 years old and can sign consent
  • You have CML in the chronic phase or accelerated/blast phase, with the Ph chromosome or BCR-ABL1 fusion found on tests
  • Your CML is resistant to or you can’t tolerate prior CML pills called TKIs
  • Your overall function is good enough (ECOG 0 to 2) and you have life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
  • You must use effective birth control during the study (and breastfeeding is not allowed during and for 6 months after)
  • Your heart, pancreas, and other organ health must meet safety limits (including an ECG without concerning QT problems)
