This study tests a new daily pill called TGRX-678 for people with chronic-phase CML who have not responded well to or cannot tolerate other CML treatments. It aims to see if the drug is safe and if it can help control the leukemia.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML-CP) that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate at least one TKI treatment.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts (absolute neutrophil count, hemoglobin, platelets) and kidney/liver function are adequate.
- You have not had active cancer treatment or other investigational drugs within the past 14 days.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
