Who can take part
- You must have TB meningitis confirmed as definite, probable, or possible by routine medical testing done within the last 21 days.
- You must be able to take the full standard TB treatment plan that your clinical team recommends for TB meningitis.
- Recent blood test results must be within certain safety limits (kidney function, anemia level, white blood cell count, platelets, and liver/bilirubin levels within set ranges).
- You likely need a recent pregnancy test if you could become pregnant, and you must use reliable contraception during treatment and for 30 days after stopping.
- You must not have taken more than 14 total days of certain first-line TB medicines in the last 90 days before starting the study.
