Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (18+) or, for a specific group, at least 12 years old and over 40 kg
  • Your cancer has an ALK gene change (an ALK rearrangement or an activating ALK mutation) proven by an approved test
  • For Phase 2 (most groups), your cancer is ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer, or for the 2f group it can be another solid tumor
  • Your cancer should be measurable (visible/trackable) on scans, depending on the phase of the trial
  • Your organs and blood counts (bone marrow) must be strong enough for treatment
  • Your cancer should not have another known major driver mutation besides ALK
