Who can take part
- You must agree to the study and sign an informed consent form.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your squamous cell cancer is confirmed and has either spread or progressed, and you have not had cancer medicines for it yet.
- Your tumor test shows an ALK gene fusion (by a pathology test like IHC, NGS, or FISH).
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0 to 1) and you are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot and blood/organ tests are adequate.
