ONIVYDE plus carboplatin for advanced gut neuroendocrine cancer

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be confirmed as advanced or metastatic gastroenteropancreatic poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma on biopsy
  • You have either not had chemotherapy before, or your last chemotherapy was given more than 6 months before your cancer came back
  • There must be at least one measurable tumor spot on scans
  • You are age 20 to 80, and your general health score (ECOG) is 0 to 1
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be within allowed limits
  • You must have a heart rhythm test (ECG) that is normal or not clinically concerning
