Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer (confirmed by biopsy).
  • For the experimental group: you have already received at least one round of the study drug combination (liposomal irinotecan + 5-FU/LV).
  • You have had pancreatic cancer that got worse while on gemcitabine or a treatment that included gemcitabine.
  • You agree to take part in the study and sign a consent form.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
