Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to sign consent before any study testing.
- Your breast cancer must be ER-positive and HER2-negative based on your tumor test results.
- Your disease must be advanced and have gotten worse after your most recent treatment.
- If you’re in Phase 2, you must have at least one measurable active brain metastasis (or in Phase 1b, at least one measurable non-brain lesion).
- Your seizures must be controlled: no more than one seizure in the last 4 weeks.
- You must be well enough to participate (ECOG 0–2) and have blood/organ tests within required ranges.
