This trial tests whether adding two targeted drugs, imlunestrant and abemaciclib, to your usual hormone therapy can lower the chance of your breast cancer coming back. It is for people with early-stage ER+ breast cancer who have no signs of cancer on scans but have tiny amounts of tumor DNA in their blood (called ctDNA).

Who can take part

  • You had surgery for stage I, II, or III breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative.
  • You have no evidence of cancer on physical exam or scans, but a special blood test found tiny amounts of tumor DNA (ctDNA) in the past 6 months.
  • You have been on adjuvant hormone therapy (like tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) for at least 2 years and are still taking it.
  • You have not had a CDK 4/6 inhibitor in the last 6 months.
  • You are 18 or older, with good kidney, liver, and blood counts, and able to swallow pills.
