Who can take part
- You are 18 or older (19+ in South Korea).
- You have advanced or metastatic NSCLC with an active EGFR mutation confirmed by an approved test (tumor tissue and/or blood).
- Your cancer has grown or progressed after standard treatment, including an EGFR pill-type therapy (EGFR-TKI) and/or up to one course of platinum chemotherapy.
- Your test must match certain EGFR mutation patterns (for example T790M and/or C797S), and you’ll be placed into the correct study group.
- For the dose-expansion part, you must have at least one measurable tumor spot that has not been radiated before.
- You must be well enough to participate: performance status 0–1, enough blood counts, and acceptable heart/kidney/liver function; and side effects from prior treatment should be mostly back to baseline.
