Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB/IIIC or IV) with an EGFR mutation (like exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have not had prior targeted therapy (EGFR-TKIs) or other systemic treatments for advanced disease, unless you had adjuvant therapy and it progressed more than 6 months after finishing.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (CT or MRI).
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Blood tests show your major organs (like liver, kidneys, and blood cells) are working well enough.
