Who can take part

  • You are age 16 or older
  • You have an AC joint dislocation (Grade III to VI)
  • You agree to join the study and allow follow-up visits, with signed consent
  • You do not have known allergies to the implant materials, or you can get allergy testing first
  • You don’t have infection or other problems in the bone or soft tissues that could stop healing or secure the implant
  • You can follow activity limits and the rehab (recovery) plan during healing
