Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has not spread to distant organs
- You are planned to receive standard chemotherapy plus HER2 therapy (trastuzumab, with or without pertuzumab)
- You are over 18 years old
- Your heart rhythm on an ECG is normal (sinus rhythm)
- Your blood heart markers are low: NT-proBNP is below 125 pg/mL and troponin is below the lab’s limit
- Your heart pumping strength is preserved: LVEF is over 55% on an echocardiogram or MUGA scan
