Who can take part
- You were born female and are over 18 years old
- You previously had breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer
- At that time, you had breast radiation only (whole or partial), but not additional breast radiation
- You were recently diagnosed with a cancer recurrence in the same breast (either invasive or in situ)
- Your medical records and follow-up visits are available from a participating clinic
