Who can take part

  • You’re a man ages 18 to 50
  • Your at-home YO sperm score is between 20 and 40
  • Your test results match a motile sperm concentration (motile million/ml) between 14 and 39
  • You live in the USA or Canada
  • You are not an active smoker
  • You do not have a known medical cause of male infertility (like varicocele, hormone problems, testicular surgery, or chemotherapy history)
  • You are not already taking other prenatal vitamins at the same time
