Testing blood pressure pills with two or three medicines

Hypertension,Essential

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial studies whether fixed-dose blood pressure medicines—either two drugs (fimasartan + amlodipine) or three drugs (fimasartan + amlodipine + hydrochlorothiazide)—work well and are safe. It may help your care team compare how these combinations control blood pressure and what side effects occur.
