Who can take part
- You are 19 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (essential hypertension)
- You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- Your blood pressure in your lower arm is below 110 mmHg when measured at screening and before treatment starts
- Your blood pressure readings don't vary by too much (less than 20 points on the top number, less than 10 points on the bottom) when taken three times in a row
