  • You’re an adult age 18 or older
  • You’ve had at least 2 COVID-19 vaccine shots, and your most recent dose was over 3 months ago
  • You’re planning immune-suppressing treatment expected to continue for at least 1 year
  • In the past 5 years, you have not taken cyclophosphamide, alemtuzumab, or rituximab
  • You can freely sign a written consent form
