ELA026 for secondary HLH after certain diagnostic findings

Secondary Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH)

Part of Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This study tests ELA026 (a new drug) in people with secondary HLH, a serious immune condition triggered by another illness or cause. It aims to see how well ELA026 works and how safe it is, using an open-label design where everyone knows they are getting the treatment.

Who can take part

  • Your age fits one of these groups: at least 12 years at diagnosis, or ages 6 to 12/13 to 17 for specific cohorts
  • Your HLH is confirmed as secondary HLH (sHLH) by meeting 5 out of 8 standard diagnostic criteria
  • You have not had certain HLH treatments before (or your case is early/refractory based on the cohort rules)
  • No known or previous primary (genetic/hereditary) HLH
  • You have had no bone marrow transplant in the last 100 days before starting the study treatment
  • You are not currently receiving other HLH medicines (except dexamethasone), and you haven’t had certain vaccines shortly before screening

Studying treatment responses in lymphoma-related HLH

This trial looks at how people with lymphoma-related hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) respond to treatment. It aims to better describe expected outcomes and who benefits most, which may help guide future care.

Testing adjusted doses of emapalumab and ruxolitinib for HLH

This trial tests two drugs, emapalumab and ruxolitinib, in people with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a condition where the immune system becomes overactive. The goal is to find the safest and most effective doses of these medications.

Ruxolitinib with reduced chemo for HLH treatment

This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (ruxolitinib) with a less intense version of standard chemo for adults with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). It aims to control the overactive immune response while reducing side effects.

HLH study looking at immune system and genes

This study is for people with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a condition where the immune system becomes overactive. Researchers want to collect medical data and blood samples to better understand HLH and find better ways to diagnose and treat it.

Early warning screening for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

This study aims to create an early warning system to identify patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare but serious immune overreaction. If you have certain infections, autoimmune diseases, or lymphoma, this screening could help detect HLH early.
