Testing a new oxygen treatment for hard-to-heal leg wounds

Who can take part

  • You have a lower-leg wound that your clinician says is hard to heal
  • Your wound area is larger than the treatment interface area (the study team will measure this)
  • You are age 16 or older and can give informed consent
  • Your wound does not have exposed bone or exposed tendon
  • Your wound is not infected and does not need antibiotics, and it doesn’t need special medicated dressings for heavy contamination
  • Your wound can be managed with dressing changes no more than every 2 days, and less than 30% of the wound is covered by slough (dead tissue)
