- You are currently in the hospital where this study is taking place.
- You have been diagnosed with a chronic lack of blood flow in your leg or foot (critical limb ischemia).
- A test (TcpO2) shows the oxygen level in your leg tissue is less than 30 mmHg.
- You do not have acute heart failure or acute lung failure.
- You do not have severe COPD (stage III or IV).
- You are not allergic to medical adhesives (like tape or patches).
