Who can take part
- You can sign informed consent and understand the study
- Your pancreatic cancer is ductal adenocarcinoma, confirmed by biopsy (tissue) or cytology (cells)
- Your cancer is locally advanced but not metastatic (no distant spread on PET-CT and brain MRI)
- Your main pancreatic tumor and any involved lymph node are each no bigger than 7 cm
- Your tumor or involved lymph nodes have not invaded the stomach, duodenum, or small intestine
- Your overall health tests are strong (ECOG 0–1, and blood/bone marrow, liver, and kidney counts are adequate)
