Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your pancreatic cancer must be confirmed by a biopsy and be at stage III or IV (locally advanced or spread to other parts of the body).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be able to receive one round of chemotherapy with gemcitabine and nituzumab.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts must be mostly normal (specific thresholds apply).
