Who can take part

  • You are at least 12 years old
  • You have a long-term, complex condition (examples include spina bifida, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, or traumatic brain injury)
  • You live in your community (not in a care facility where staff provide daily care)
  • You can complete the study’s smartphone and skills screening checks
  • Your challenges can be supported by the phone system (it can’t work if you fail the key screenings with no workable support)
