Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have a spinal cord injury at the neck (C5 or below), from trauma or illness
  • Your spinal cord injury happened at least 6 months ago
  • You mainly use a manual or power wheelchair (more than 80% of the time)
  • You can use your arms to exercise
  • You’ve used a smartphone and a smartwatch before, and you feel ready to be active
