Who can take part

  • Be between ages 55 and 65
  • Have a suitable stem-cell donor: a matched sibling, a well-matched unrelated donor (9–10/10), or a half-matched (haplo-identical) donor
  • Have one of these diagnoses: AML in remission, or MDS (any stage), or CMML (any stage)
  • Be able to give informed consent
  • Have liver, kidney, and heart test results that meet study limits
  • Not have an active infection at the time of screening
