Who can take part
- You are having an allogeneic stem cell transplant using donor stem cells collected from blood (PBSC)
- You have a closely matched unrelated donor (9/10 or 10/10 match)
- Your planned transplant illness is one of: AML (in complete remission, not on COSI), ALL (in complete remission, not on ALL-RIC), CMML or MDS with <10% blasts, NHL/HL/MM/CLL in remission or partial remission, CML in early chronic phase, or myelofibrosis
- You can receive one of the specific chemotherapy conditioning plans listed by the study (different drug combinations and dose ranges)
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and overall health tests are good enough (for example, heart pumping strength must be above 45%)
- If you can become pregnant, you must use highly effective contraception from the start of treatment until 12 months after transplant (and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding)
