Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old (children aren’t included).
  • You have a qualifying blood cancer such as AML, MDS, CML, multiple myeloma, CLL, or certain types of lymphoma, and it must fit the trial’s disease-status rules.
  • Your transplant must be from a donor who matches your HLA type closely (matched sibling or a 10/10 matched unrelated donor).
  • Your health (heart, lungs, liver, and overall strength) must be good enough for transplant, and you can’t have serious organ failure (dialysis for kidney failure is allowed).
  • You must be able to use the required transplant medicines (melphalan and Thymoglobulin).
  • You can’t have HIV, uncontrolled infection, or certain brain/CNS disease that isn’t responding to treatment.
