Who can take part
- You have type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (fatty liver not caused by alcohol)
- You are age 18 to 75
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.0 and 35.0
- Your weight has been fairly stable for at least 3 months (no more than about 4 kg gain or loss)
- Your diabetes treatment is stable for at least 3 months OR you are not taking diabetes medicines yet
