Who can take part
- You are admitted to the hospital for worsening heart failure
- Your heart failure symptoms are in the mild-to-moderate range (NYHA level 2 or 3)
- At admission, a measurement called ezCVP is high (CVPNI over 9 mmHg)
- Your upper arm circumference is between 23 cm and 55 cm
- You can understand the study, follow the plan, and sign written consent
- Your COVID test after admission is negative
