Who can take part
- You have heart failure diagnosed at least 90 days ago and are on the best medical treatment for at least 30 days
- You have moderate to severe heart failure symptoms (NYHA Class II or III) with a recent hospitalization or emergency visit for fluid buildup, plus elevated NT-proBNP blood test results
- You take a high dose of water pills (loop diuretic) daily and can tolerate taking even more
- Your inferior vena cava (the large vein returning blood to your heart) is between 14–28 mm wide with at least 60 mm of suitable length for the sensor
- You have internet access (phone or computer) at home for remote monitoring
- Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR ≥ 25) and you are not on dialysis
