Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and sign informed consent before any study steps
- Have metastatic (stage IV) solid cancer that tests positive for the KK-LC-1 marker
- Have the HLA-A*01:01 immune-system type (matching test needed)
- Have measurable cancer on scans and ECOG 0–1 (up to mild daily-limitations)
- Have tried standard cancer chemotherapy/treatment for your cancer type and declined it (or weren’t able to take it)
- Be healthy enough for treatment based on blood counts, organ labs, infection/virus tests, and heart/lung requirements
