Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have rectal cancer that hasn’t been treated yet, and it’s located within 12 cm of the anus.
  • Your cancer stage is either T3 or T4, or lymph nodes are positive, but there is no spread to distant organs (M0).
  • Your tumor should be “intermediate or high” on an Immunoscore blood/tumor test (Immunoscore®).
  • You’re able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your blood tests and organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) must meet study limits.
