Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- A scan (MRI) and exam confirm you have a massive, irreparable rotator cuff tear
- Your symptoms have not improved after at least 6 months of treatment like physical therapy and steroid injections
- You can speak and understand Turkish well enough to follow instructions
- You can complete memory/cognition screening with a score above 24 on the Mini Mental State Test
- You agree to take part and you can commit to completing the rehab training (at least 80% of sessions)
