Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Be able to do daily activities at least at a moderate level (Karnofsky score 70 or higher)
- Have a confirmed pelvic and groin recurrence on scan or tissue test
- Have had previous radiation to the pelvis, and there is no spread to distant organs or the disease has been stable for at least 6 months
- Have the tumor at least 10 mm away from the small intestine on imaging, or be able to have intestinal loops moved and a spacer placed if needed
- Have a way to get clear imaging for planning (MRI able to be assessed, and no metal/hip prosthesis that blocks targeting)
