Who can take part
- You must be enrolled in the PERa study at CHUM and have been randomly selected
- Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is still hormone-sensitive
- Your cancer has responded to systemic therapy, and your PSA is not increasing
- You can do most normal activities (ECOG 0–2)
- Your scans show metastatic spots that are suitable for MDRT (a targeted radiation plan)
- Your original prostate/primary tumor has had definitive treatment (surgery or radiation) or you will get it as planned
