Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older and can give informed consent
  • Your prostate cancer can be removed by surgery (your team says it’s resectable)
  • Your cancer is at stage cT1 through cT3b and your Gleason score is 6 or higher
  • Your cancer has spread (M1) but only to up to 3 bone spots in certain areas, with no organ (visceral) spread
  • Your scans show no spread to certain lymph nodes (retroperitoneal lymph nodes), and the bone spots are suitable for SBRT
  • You must not have had curative prostate cancer treatment before, and you must not have started hormone therapy (ADT) yet
