- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- Your spinal cord injury happened at least 2 years ago
- Your injury is in the C4 to L2 range of your spine
- Your spinal cord injury severity is AIS grade A, B, C, or D
- You can speak and understand English well enough for the study
- You are not pregnant and you are able to consent
