Who can take part

  • You are a man
  • You have been doing less than 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity for the past 3 months
  • Your weight has been stable (within about 6.6 lbs or 3 kg) for the past 3 months
  • You have had a spinal cord injury for at least 1 year
  • Your injury is complete or motor-complete (AIS A or B) and at level T6 or higher (above your belly button)
  • You can feed yourself without help
