Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a spinal cord injury (any level, severity, or cause) OR you have peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage outside the spine) OR you are a healthy volunteer without any nerve condition.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have any other nerve condition (like a different type of nerve damage) besides the one you are being studied for.
  • You are able to follow study instructions.
