Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your tumor is confirmed as GIST from biopsy, and tests show it is CD- and/or DOG-1 positive
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (not just lymph nodes)
  • Your tumor is not KIT or PDGFRA “wild type” (so it must have specific tumor changes)
  • Your health status is good enough (ECOG 0 to 2) to handle study treatment and visits
  • You must be able to follow the study plan and agree in writing
