Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have confirmed GI stromal tumor (GIST) on tissue testing, with CD- and/or DOG-1 positive markers.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (not just lymph nodes).
  • Be starting or already treated with avapritinib as part of the study.
  • Have good day-to-day functioning (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
  • The tumor should not be KIT or PDGFRA wild type.
