Tested a device to treat Crohn’s after bowel surgery

Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older and have Crohn’s disease
  • You recently had bowel surgery that created a new internal connection that can be reached by standard colonoscopy
  • At surgery, the remaining bowel looks normal to the eye (macroscopic normality) after the resection
  • Your colonoscopy can safely access the surgical connection (the anastomosis)
  • You’re not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
