Who can take part
- You must have advanced breast cancer (any HER2 status) or another solid tumor that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You should be 18 to 75 years old (or 18 or older for the second part of the trial).
- You need to be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans (not in the brain) and agree to provide a tissue sample.
- You cannot have had certain cancer treatments within the last 4 weeks, and any side effects from past treatments should have improved.
- You must not have serious heart, lung, or bleeding problems, or active infections like HIV, hepatitis B, or C.
